I had a great stay in this city! The hotel is clean with great facilities, friendly staff, and perfect transportation options. It's easy to take the bus to the city center or Varna airport. The hotel is located away from the main bus station in this city or the 409 bus, making it convenient to relax without any noise.

This hotel offers great value for money, with spacious rooms that are cleaned daily, ensuring a comfortable stay for families. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our visit. Additionally, the hotel's location on the outskirts of the city allows for a peaceful and relaxing experience, while still being close enough to easily access Varna's attractions.

This was my second stay and was again a fabulous' time. Pool was clean with lifeguard on duty, staff incredibly friendly and helpful, near to supermarket, very close to beach and sea gardens. Apartments are well furnished and extremely comfortable wirth maid service making your bed and doing your washing up each day. Other guests were very friendly an on my final day staff had no problem sorting an alarm call and arranging taxi - and emailing me before I got home to let me know I'd left my camera in my room and to offer to post it straight on for me. Will definately be going back again.

The pool was clean and great for kids. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and the beach. The apartment was spacious and had all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The apartment could have been cleaner, particularly the floors. , sand from the beach made its way inside easily.

Very well furnished modern air conditioned apartments (coffee machine, microwave oven etc). Beauticul pool / seaview from terrace balcony. Excellent pool area: big pool, lots of sunbeds (never fully booked always good space). Good bus connections to central Varna. Very professional and helpful reception staff. Excellent hotel!

The warm water is heated by individual boilers / heaters in the apartment and the hot water runs out quickly if two persons shower after one another - however you learn to cope with this and not to consume too much warm water. The beach closest to hotel is very narrow, partly only rocks, however the sea is clean and good for swimming.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. With its affordable prices, I was able to enjoy a spacious apartment with air conditioning in each room. The staff were also very attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. Additionally, the location on the outskirts of the city allowed for a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was great and I couldn't find any aspect that needed improvement.

Everything was great. Easy access to the center by bus. Short walk to the sea. It was great to take the short 10 minute bus into the center then in the evenings walk back along the seaside and enjoy a drink or a meal en route. Also the building is very quiet.The blacony was lovely and the pool was great for cooling off.

The bathroom in our apartment was a little small. Very clean, but a little small. This wasn't a problem for either of us. We found it more than adequate and there was a make up table with a mirror in the bedroom for girls anyway. So there really wasn't anything we disliked about the apartments, but I thought it best to mention for others.

I would mention at first very sympathetic staff, which replied all our needs and questions. I liked our wide appartments, huge terrace with sea view. A furniture was good and comfortable. Very close to the supermarket with everything you need. Nice clean pool, 10 min. to walk to the sea garden with shady paths, 40 min. to walk to the center of Varna.

The main dissapointment was a terrible road to the beach - a sudden slop road (serpantin) with plenty cars, cyclists on it. It was really dangerous and scary to walk along this road with two children and baby carriage. I think it should be mentioned somehow in hotel description. Finally we took a taxi to the beech everyday - an additional expenses. The floor didn't clean every day.

The hotel is located in a great area, surrounded by a vast green area, and. It is an excellent place to relax while remaining close to the city center. the apartments are spacious, and. the pool area and gardens are well-maintained, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The price of the Wi-Fi should be included in the total cost of the stay.
